Situated on a triangular shaped ½ acre parcel next to three shopping centers in an affluent Silicon Valley community. Found, negotiated and purchased the site. Created the concept for this development to be the first Green LEED certified affordable housing development in CA. Obtained city General Plan and Zoning approvals. Found and negotiated city, state and conventional financing for, assembled and led a team of architects, engineers, and other consultants, then built this national award-winning 98 unit single resident occupancy workforce housing development.
