Synergy obtained site control of this well-located property with the intention to build it into market rate condos. A market shift required us to come up with a more profitable solution. Recognizing a strong need for storage in the middle of a high-density residential development area, Synergy brought together a strong team of consultants to convert the large old bow-truss warehouse on the property into an attractive modern self storage facility that won city approval; then sold the fully approved development to this national storage investment group
