Hired as consultants to the Santa Clara County Executive’s Office to:

• Obtain a General Plan amendment for County-owned land during a time of conflict between the County and the City
• Negotiate a joint development with an adjacent School District owned property
• Conduct a highly competitive Request for Proposals from nonprofit and for profit developers
• Negotiate purchase agreements with specific development conditions with the winning development team

To create an award-winning development consisting of:

• Apartments, townhomes, senior housing
• Medical clinic, and
• Improved elementary school
